UK ORDERS
We do our best to ensure that UK orders are delivered within 3 – 5 working days from dispatch.
Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch UK orders within 3 working days.
Since each of our prayer ropes is individually hand-made, prayer ropes orders may take longer – up to three weeks – to dispatch, depending on your order.
Stock permitting, booklet orders will always be dispatched within three working days.
US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do our best to ensure that international orders are delivered within 7 -14 working days (depending on destination) from dispatch. Dispatch times are the same as for UK orders.

Please be aware that during busy periods, especially before major Feast Days and during fasting periods, your order may take longer to dispatch and deliver.

Our booklets and prayer ropes normally arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, however from time to time difficulties may occur. If we know that stock on your order is low, or if you have a personalised order, we shall contact you via email to give an estimate dispatch and delivery timeframe.
If your order has not arrived within the correct timeframe, please contact us at bookstore@mullmonastery.com and we shall investigate as soon as possible.
